I can't get my viber and whatsapp activation code

Viber support team say to me I have invalid phone number.... but my number working perfectly...I reinstalled app few times and everything was ok. Now i changed my network for O2 carrier and dont getting my viber code :-/
And same with the whatsapp.
Could you help me please?

When you enter your number for the activation code, without the 0 as the country code takes precedent.

For example:
So if you were in the uk and your number was 012 345678 910 you would enter
12 345678 910 and as the dialing code for the UK is +44 or 0044, once you've entered your number it would appear on the screen as +4412 345678 910.
