How do you save webpages using Chrome on Windows 10 ... ?

I want to save an entire page, or sometimes when the webpage is long, it will be more than one page. I do NOT want to do a Screen Capture, but actually save the entire wepage .... more than just what you see on the screen ....

I want to be able to edit the text from the webpages that I save.

I can do this easily on my smartphone. There must be a method to do this on Windows 10 .....

Firefox has Save Page WE extension and I believe the author said there is a Chrome version.

It's pretty amazing because it somehow creates a single HTML file that is openeable by any browser that supports standards unlike the MAFF and MHTM files of the past.
