151 cycles surface pro 3 battery failing is this normal?

Surface Pro 3 began draining, Curry's Know How said it it a battery issue but Microsoft say it is software. Report states only 151 cycles surely the battery must last longer? My guess is I have knowingly been sold a faulty product and neither manufacturer or distributor will take responsibility.

Will not be buying Surface Pro again will go to Apple.

Welcome to the forums. Did you let the battery drain completely every time you used it? If so, that may have had an effect on how long the battery could have lasted.

I'd reinstall Windows and see where we are then.

A failing battery at 151 cycles is not normal, but I wouldn't rush to believe either party without verification.
