No settings to stop mousepad from working if mouse plugged in

[Windows Central Question]

I have searched all the internet, but nothing works. I go to settings, all there is in mousepad is it's sensitivity. please help. I even looked on the page on this website for help but NONE of them worked. Please find a way. Also, please dont say something that i clearly already did.
