I ve bought myself a new phone (Xperia XA2).
And thougth about how it would be to dual boot Android and WIndows on it.
After a few searches i found out that there is a new windows rs3 vesion for arm 64 cpus.

    Now my question,
is it possible to install windows 10 rs3 on this phone ?
so you can switch between the systems?

The bootloader is unlocked and lineage os 15.1 is installed with root

The simple answer is No. For all intents and purposes, it's impossible.

The complex answer is that there is a boatload of work that has to be put into it that is highly unlikely to be feasible for most/all ROM developers to do.

    I agree with xandros9.

Just for perspective, booting W10 ARM64 on certain Lumias is possible, but only because we have a reference and starting point. All those drivers that work on ARM64 have to basically be patched to work on Lumias to get it to boot, but then not all services start nor hw actually work right (yet). Cellular, certain sensors don't work, and even charging can be finicky and that part is only one of the many steps in the process.

You would need to basically do all that was required to boot W10 ARM 64 on the Lumia 950 XL plus double because the Xperia does not even run a Windows OS at all to begin with. Even if it is possible does not always make it probable. It would be a lot of time and work, and knowing a lot about the Xperia hardware in and out. If you do get it to work and boot though please share your progress and method, many people would be interested to know.

I'm not sure why people think Android phone's can magically dual book W10M or any other mobile OS. No real phone can actually do this. Any phone that can, well it isn't worth the time and most likely the performance isn't worth it either.

You need to start by unlocking the bootloader and installing a custom recovery. Good luck with that.
