I am getting this error 0xc000021a, Not even able to reset my PC?

All the things present on the internet has been tried and tested for 0xc000021a. Nothing works anyone has any clue. Resetting the windows just tells me no space.

So if I'm understanding this correctly, you can't access the system? you've been trying via safe mode?
