yellow monitor

[Windows Central Question]

I am running a dual monitor display. the second screen is yellow first screen is fine. I have swapped the vga cables. I changes the monitors to newer ones in case there was a problem with the card in the monitor. still yellow. what am I not checking??

Is the screen yellow immediately when your compuer boots up or just when Windows loads and you sign in? What graphics card do you have? Are the drivers up to date?
