    im not a huge fan of hey google and alexa because they dont have voice recognition. voice recognition is really important security wise.

    Yes but not in her current form. Supposedly the plan is to weave her into apps (all platforms) and Windows as a pervasive assistant, more in the background vs. directly interacting with her like Alexa/Siri/Google Assistant.

    Cortana is being repurposed it seems. Therefore traditional assistants, like @spicypadthai says, may better suit your needs.
