Is the HP - Pavilion 27" Touch-Screen All-In-One a good alternative to the HP ENVY All-in-One 32?

I need a desktop that can handle Adobe products for both work and school. I read an article called Best PCs for Adobe Creative Cloud in 2020 by Richard Devine which suggests the HP ENVY All-in-One - 32-a0055 as a good option. However, It's way out of my price range. The HP - Pavilion 27" Touch-Screen All-In-One - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD is cheaper but I don't know if it can handle the programs I need to use. Does anyone know if it would be a good alternative?
