Bought the Logitech MX Anywhere 2S, for use between two (2) windows 10 computers one is a Dell the other is MS Surface Pro X. The Dell automatically uploaded the Logitech Options software, no problem. The Pro X will not upload the Logitech Options software. Just keeps circling with the statement, downloading this may take a few minutes. Many hours later still no change.
I ask why the Pro X cannot upload the Logitech Options as the mouse, which is expensive at $100 just becomes a cheap mouse with no functions to transfer documents from one computer to the other (Flow).
I have done all the usual, reboots, and everything from the guys on the Logitech forum suggestions but no change.
Its obviously the Pro X that is the issue, anyone have a solution to make the software upload??
