SKype account problems.

Good morning,
For the past few days, I have been experiencing several difficulties on skype despite the fact that I am using the latest version of skype. Here they are:
- The messages I send on skype do not reach the recipients, they turn without ever arriving.
- When I put my status in active, a few seconds later it disconnects.
- I manage to call one person, but I cannot add more than one person in a call, but the messages do not go through.
- When I want to create a new skype account, I can't log in to do so.
Can you help me?

I suggest you to "Reset" Skype. No need to create a new account because this doesn't make any difference...

1. Right click on windows icon and on top you will find "Apps and Features".
2. Find "Skype" in the list and click "Advance Options".
3. By scrolling down you will find "Reset Option".
4. This will reinstall your "Skype" Application.

Now open skype and hoping that you find it working normal...
