Microsoft Health App

Last week I updated my 1320 phone to Windows10. The update was so buggy I went back to 8.1.Now I cant download the Microsoft Health App. I cant use my Band now because of this.The app will not finalize .I have uninstalled the app and still no good.Did resets but still no luck.All other apps that I lost have reinstalled with no problems.

I would suggest using the Lumia Recovery Tool and starting over from scratch with a clean (new) download of the 8.1 OS for your device.
