Band 2 Has Stopped Counting Steps Accurately
In the last two days, my Band 2 is failing to count most of my steps. It will count several and then fail to count for a period, then start again. I have, with no luck:
I suspect I have a hardware sensor issue, but wanted to see if others have had this issue and/or found a software solution. Otherwise, I will contact MS for a return/replace request.

- Restarted the device
- Repositioned it on my wrist
