Hello again everyone, I'm here to ask someone for help on hot to remove the English (UK) language which is selected so I can set US and get Cortana. The thing is that if I have (let's make an example) Spanish and I tap "add" and then I add English (UK) the "restart phone" button shows so it applies changes. But whenever I do it with US nothing happens so it's like "it doesn't work". I have to add UK first to put the phone in English if I want it because US doesn't take effect. If I add both, and I try to put US on top and remove UK I can't because that option shows in grey BUT if I put UK on top I can remove US. To sum up, can't set my device to US. Any help on this? From now on, thanks very much.
PS: I've made a reset to see if I could get English (US) right from the beginning.... but It wouldn't show up.
I edit: I've read that some HTC users happened to have this issue... I have a Nokia Lumia 720. Just clearing it up if it helps.
