New cortana problem

As of the past few days, it seems that Cortana is not listening properly. This is the only way to describe it. Example:

Me: "Cortana remind me to do whatever when I get to work"
Her: "Ok, where do you want to be reminded?"
Me: "Work"
Her "Ok, I can remind you to do whatever when you get to work"

and

Me: "Cortana remind me to do whatever when I get to home"
Her: "Ok, where do you want to be reminded?"
Me: "Home"
Her "Ok, I can remind you to do whatever when you get to Home"

This just started about a week ago, along with her dropping syllables and words here and there for the past few weeks following the last update. I may say "Cortana text my wife" and she will say "OK, I'll text Betty Smith, what do you want to say?" , "I will be home in about 15 minutes", She will say "Ok I will tex etty smith I will be home in .. minutes"

Or

"You have a text from Betty Smith, would you like to read it or ignore it?"
"Read it"
"blah blah blah"
"Would ou like to .... (no words) or are you done?"

I have re booted and soft reset and it's not going away. I'd hate to go back to prod 8.0 because I have grown to totally rely on her.. LOL I know this is a preview and bugs are expected, but these just popped up after the last update a few weeks ago, prior to that, on the dev preview 8.1 she has been just fine. Any ideas??

I am on Dev preview 8.1, on a Nokia Icon.
