Cortana Australia disappeared after insider's update 10547, how can I get it back?

Cortana Australia disappeared after insider's update 10547

After the last insider preview update (10547), Cortana was disabled and can no longer be re-enabled through the settings. I have double checked that all my settings are the same on English (Australia). I have the latest build and updates.

Can anybody please help me re-enable Cortana please

Wow!

For mobile, I've only just got Cortana to work in Australia with Australian settings - only with 10581 this morning.
Every other Insider preview I've tried had Cortana disabled for Australia.

My settings that have Cortana working are

Region = Australia
Language = English UK
Speech = English Australia
Keyboard = English Australia
