How do I get rid of this Cortana rubbish and Bing from my laptop?

I think I downloaded Windows 10 and now I have all sorts of rubbish going on. I want Google Chrome as a browser and all these suggestions from Cortana are REALLY annoying.

If you right click the Cortana box, you can hide it, but before that, if you hit the menu in Cortana - Notebook - you can turn it/her off.

As for Chrome, just download and install Chrome, it'll probably ask if you'd like to set it as the default browser.
