I am trying to set up a new Dell Venue 8 Pro and want to set it up with a Microsoft Account and it is not proceeding and saying "This Service Is Not Available Right Now." While I don't want a local account, I set one up and the internet connection was fine. I went into settings for my account to associate with a Microsoft Account and same problem. "This Service Isn't Available Right Now." So, thinking maybe it had a bad load of Windows, I reset the device to factory settings and tried again. Same problem..."This Service Isn't Available Right Now" when trying to get it to sign in with a Microsoft Account.
This has been going on for a few hours and I cannot get this set up and delivered to a user until I get this working. I went to status.live.com and everything shows up.
Any suggestions?
