Updated to Mango Beta but Backup was never created

I updated my VZW Trophy to the Mango update using this website: How to Update Any Windows Phone 7 To Mango Beta 2 (Video) and the process never created a pre-Mango backup. I'm not sure if it is because I was using a computer with Windows XP or what, but I'm not sure how I can go back to NoDo in order to receive the official update when it is released. If anyone has any advice, I'd really appreciate it. I figured I would get more help in this forum than in the Trophy section.

Never mind. Just realized that the backup I made on my Mac was able to restore my phone to NoDo. Looks like I'm just going to wait for the official release.

Two things to keep in mind.

1. The update is in a hidden folder. You'll have to have the directory show hidden folders in order to find the folder with the update.

2. Zune will overwrite the update if you update Zune. So you need to make a back-up of the update to place in another location immediately.
