Developer Resources, References and Communities: Where should I look?

So, I'm a Cs student with very few projects behind me and I decided I really wanted to support WP and myself by developing apps for the platform.
I'll be the first to admit my fallback OS is still Android, but I'm eager to help WP grow and expand. I think it's a platform that needs to thrive for the long term.

I've run into a few issues in coding up my app. Almost all bugs, and the rest simply "how the heck do I...?" kinda stuff. I've been making use of three primary resources, listed in order of helpfulness:
1) StackOverFlow - Mostly lookup, but a few questions, none of wch have been answered ('cept one, by me).
2) the WP Dev Center Community - As above, really, but with far less responses.
3) WindowsPhoneGeek Forums - less look-up to be honest and even fewer responses than above.

As the trend is seen above, my main issue is in finding actual, meaningful responses to my questions or issues. It's been the most annoying process in trying to develop for the platform. I hit bugs and issues I'd wager others must have encountered before me, but the amount of actual references to possible fixes are either vague, limited or non-existent.
I think sometimes now that the case is most eventually invest in aftermarket toolkits which may have these bugs solved in their own tools. But I'm not ready to go that route yet even if it is true.

My question is, aside from the mentioned resources, are there any other technical places I can go to get help and suggestions to issues I am met with in using the WP8 framework and tools? Like dealing with LongListSelector, LongListMultiSelector, ContextMenu etc.

Think you looking for answers in the wrong place buddy. Not sure there's to many developers in here, mostly just Windows 8 enthusiasts. Notice no one has replied except me. Thanks for wanting to help, sure knows we can use it but I don't think your going to find what your looking for in here. Sorry. . . Keep on keeping on

Sorry but thats not exactly great advice is it - your responding 25 minutes after the guys asked for help and your telling him to look elsewhere and not offering anything constructive

There are developers around look at any of the other threads in developers corner. A lot of answers to questions. Devs do respond and are willing to help. You may just have to wait until later in the day as your not likely to get any U.S. users online right now

Well thanks for this note. I was up late when I posted this. But I'm not exactly looking to get technical help here, if I could I'd truly welcome it as another resource. I was just wondering if anyone here was familiar with another site/forum/reference area I could check out for dev help. I understand WPC is not the place for dev help (though I'd wager some are here of course), but I was hoping some of the enthusiasts might know of other dev sources.

Perhaps the best people to ask would be our developers such as JayTBennett and the like (btw, Jay is the developer of our awesomely awesome WPC app). However as for me, I have used resources such as the Microsoft Developer Network.
