Windows Phone 8 Source Code

I'm looking into developing a windows phone 8 app and or game. I know there are sites like http://www.sellmyapp.com/ and http://www.sellmyapplication.com/ where someone can buy app source code for android and ios apps. Wondering if anyone knows of something similar for windows phone 8 source code ?

There's no way you can purchase the source code to a closed, patented system like Windows Phone 8. I believe doing so would probably break laws. The closest you'll get is probably looking through the XDA forums.
