i have been trying to find a way to submit my app + get it featured in the 'made in [insert your country]' section of the app store.

is there a place i can submit my app or does it get picked up by microsoft automatically?

Here is the link to the Dev Center for the US, but if you scroll all the way to the bottom, you can change language and possibly country. Or country may change automatically when you sign in.
