Can we make an android app emulator for Windows Phone which will boot android OS on Windows Phone ? The downside being the size of the app

The other downside being performance. There's already quite a large number of apps out there that attempt to look and feel like Android, but they're all limited in what they can do. If you're looking for a full emulator so that you're able to use the Google Play store and download/install/use Android apps, then this would be an unreasonably large project to undertake and simply not worth the effort.

Assume somebody has finally make an android emulator for WP, I think it would be buggy considering the fact that WP's are low-end phones (512MB - 1GB RAM)
