Tetris Blitz?

Tetris blitz was supposed to be released today according to this article: Nokia teases Tetris Blitz for Windows Phone | Windows Phone Central. Sadly it has not been released, & I cannot find anyone making any statements as to why. The announcement was on the German page, but even in Germany it has not been released. Anyone have any ideas/thoughts/etc.?

Well the article did say it should be released by the 28th, today. Might just be a little behind. I haven't heard anything new.
