Disable user permissions in Windows 8 (Install/Uninstall/Purchase Apps - Prevent changes to Start)

Hi,

For one of the requirement I am working on, I need to make sure that the end users are disabled from unpinning the tiles in start screen and also pin any new tiles in Windows 8.

Any pointers in this regard is really appreciated.

If you stated more fully what application this is to have it might yield more fruitful advice.

Yes. Both the questions are from my end only. Kind of a POS application where in users are allowed only to use the custom apps displayed in the form of tiles. They should not be allowed to unpin (uninstall) or pin (install) and also not to get into desktop mode.

Looking for such kind of customization possibility in Windows 8 and 10.

Any pointers or inputs is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Would an embedded version be more customizable in this way?
