    Hi dudes,

I've been playing Star Wars - Tiny Death Star for a couple of days, and decided I should support it by buying at least one thing from the in-game store. I purchased a pack for 1.49, and it looked like it went through fine, and then went back to the in-game store and told me it had failed.

Being the fool I am, I then clicked on it again, and it again said it failed. A couple of minutes later, I get my two emails from Microsoft saying thanks for my purchases etc etc.

Given that I have in fact not received my in-app item (Elevator Upgrade, Imperial Pack 9 or something) - what can I actually do now? Have I just been screwed out of 3.00?

Contact Microsoft with your transaction reference numbers stating your problem. They should fix it up for you. I'm not sure if the developer i.e Disney will be able to help you out as the transaction go via Microsoft.

So, MS refunded me for the transactions - Disney haven't even replied. Thanks for the suggestions!
