I'm working with analysts in another country and I'd like to just pin a clock tile that shows their current time. So I would open the app, select a time zone, pin to start; then I could just look at my start screen and see the current time in their zone. Any app suggestions??

I use World Time. I have four regions pinned and all of them update without any issues. It also supports transparent live tile. The app is free with in app purchases for Ads-free & additional features. It is the best World time app that I found. Unfortunately you cannot customize the text display/design of the Live Tiles.

There is one other app that lets you pin one alternate region and that's it. I don't remember the name of that app, 'Timenoti' or something like that.

As far as I know those two are the only apps that lets you pin Live tile of different Timezones.

Yeah there's not so many apps like these, maybe an idea for a future app :-)
