Lost notifications

1520.2 on AT&T. For the last week now, nothing is updating on live tiles. Notifications are on. Everything is on. No new updates that I am aware of, haven't installed anything for months.

Edit: Reset instead of reboot has apparently fixed the issue, along with an issue accessing Gmail. Thank you.

Try a Soft Reset. Hold the Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds).

A Hard Reset technically is a button push combination. A Factory Reset is the software equivalent by going to settings > about > reset your phone. Each of them does the same thing - reset your phone using the last OS and Firmware version stored in your phone's recovery storage.

The Reset Tool linked above is best as it gives you the latest official software available for your phone and you get a clean copy to override any glitches from a bad stored copy.
