Revert to a better w10m build

Now that were F'd id like to go back to a build before creators update and stay there...no further updates. With my x3 I was able to get Facebook connect to work and still had app corner...till it updated and made the phone more dull I need to stay pre-creators update and prevent updates. Anyone know how I can accomplish this? Windows Device recovery tool? Will the recovery tool just do a factory reset or will it roll back with my data in place?
