Groove Music Pass - WM10536 - Store - HELP!

Could some one help me figure this out...?
I am at a loss to add music to my (Xbox Music Collection) I have a paid subscription and since installing the insider build 10536 today cannot for the life of me figure out how to add an album or song to the collection. I am only shown prices to purchase.
