Got a Surprise from Asurion

Here is the story, I had an EVO Shift before I got my arrive and sense then it has been sitting around the house being used as my web phone. My daughter returned from college and she had totaled her Phone she had an Touch Pro the original. I called it in for replacement we got the replacement referbe from Asurion, it was not well built so I called Asurion complained a little and they agreed to send me another replacement. Thats cool I was told I would be getting another Tough Pro. Mean while my Daughter was tired of waiting to have a phone and asked for the EVO Shift so I set her up with that phone, that was Friday. Today my new extra phone arrived from Asurion but instead of sending me a Touch Pro they sent me an Arrive... I see some extra Arrive hacking in my future... Thanks Asurion thats good stuff :excl:
