Quick question and favor to those with an AT&T M8 for Windows who have recently used the Windows Phone Recovery Tool to restore back to 8.1 and have not uninstalled the Program from their PC.

When you use the Windows Phone Recovery Tool it will download the HTC firmware files for AT&T WP8.1 to your PC and saves them at this location
    C:\ProgramData\HTC\Packages\Products
It will be 2 .nbh files in a subfolder.

Can some put the contents of that folder (two .nbh files) into a zip and unload them so that I can use them. My intentions for them are to add the standalone HTC RUU programs so that those who are having issues using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool can attempt to flash their devices once again.

It should be a simple task. Please and Thank You!

I second this request. I'm in the same boat. The Windows Phone Recovery Tool bricked my device into a boot loop and because I thought the WPRT was the culprit, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it which wiped out my nbh files.
