I would love to buy it but we are too close to the release on Windows 10 and some new devices. If I could find a 1520 for $100-$125 I'd buy it.

This phone in this condition is a good deal. The marketplace is kind of slow right now it seems.

@eds - anyone with a brain would buy a 1520 in great shape if they could find it for $100, but that is not very realistic.

Oh yes, other random things that can be added:
I forgot to put WTS on the thread.
We can handle it as a paypal purchase if you wish. I'm just kinda fee'd out is all.
All parts are genuine from Nokia.

Sure, there is a tiny screw placed between the SD and SIM slots that serves as tamper-proofing. This screw is unlike any others on the phone to prevent someone from easily hiding their access. Structure wise the screw does nothing. Someone really determined to open the phone can pop the plastic regardless. It is a proprietary size but can be opened with a Torx T-2 which is uncommon to say the least but it lets us know if someone who really shouldn't have been inside the phone was. In this case they used a different type of screwdriver and reamed out the inside of the screw which by design is pretty easy to do. So they never got into the phone to wreak havoc. The threads in the phone are fine, the screw head it's self only was mauled.

As you can imagine these are fairly commonly stripped out and my supply of replacements has reached it's end. Nokia has removed them from my supply list so I am trying to find a source. For now I do not have one to put in it's place.

Could you provide a picture of the screw in question? Also, I have a HTC One M8 for sale, would you be interested in a trade?

ScrubbyXD Apprently I am slow and didn't realize that both posts for 1520s were yours. Sorry for the redundancy. Really interested in the Yellow 1520 though.

Still available.

On a side note: How successful are folks that try to fake emails from Paypal? Does that crap fool anyone?

I've had that one pulled on me a few times...

One person on CL had a nice looking car at a nice looking price. I asked when and where I could see it. Oh no, they said, I'm in the Air Force and the car is in <pick random state far away from listing>. You pay me for the car and I'll get it on the next Military cargo flight to your area and someone will drive it right to your house for you.
