I'm experiencing that too but when i play the video in my pc, it runs smooth.

Yeah I did a hard reset after the .164 update. And i recommend everyone to do so.

Its been two weeks since the rollout of official update for Lumia 730.

I recommend using battery saver becuz it reduces a lot of unnecessary background processing and hence reduces heating and helps battery to last little more.
