as it turns out, i DID have this feature on build 10136, but now on the build 10149 i dont have it anymore. i hope is a bug. split screen(and other optimizations) really make sense on 5"+ devices.

i think is for phones 5"+ and is not restricted by resolution. im having split screen on my 535 with a display not even HD on a 5" device.

the only problem is, like on the PC too, the sidebar list of settings is too damn large. i hope it will get the width of the biggest item on the list, in the future updates...

i suggest you to either read "whats broken in XXXX build" articles here on Windows Central, either leave the insider program. the "locked" lockscreen is for the migratiing data status which in the latest builds is bugged. you should have let your phone to do its job until the date and time...
