It's been there for a while now, in WP8.1.

I dropped my 928 multiple times (more than 5) in the concrete. Last time it fell into a puddle. Three corners are chopped, but everything else is intact. Amazing to me.

In the charms bar, when you to to devices and you select your monitor you can choose to extend, duplicate, or use the external display only.

I'm a web designer and I must say that IE Mobile on WP8 has some horrible bugs, but they are gone on WP8.1
