It seems to be a common issue on the Surface Pro 11 where instead of going to sleep, it goes into Hibernate mode, which seems tied to the GPU drivers. So I'd make sure those are all up to date, not sure if that's a 100% fix though.

My only fix for all my 24H2 issues was to reinstall Windows and not update to 24H2. I'll keep ignoring it until the next big update and see how that goes.
