Hi. Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.4460, Intel i7-11700K CPU & Radeon RX 580 video card. This update just installed Wednesday upon which the screen saver / monitor turn off has stopped working. I reset the power settings using "powercfg -restoredefaultschemes", ran "DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" & deleted / reinstalled / updated the video drivers. All of this was to no avail. No matter what setting I input, no matter what power plan is created, the screen saver will not activate at the configured time & the monitors (3) of them will not turn off at the configured time. As a last resort, I uninstalled this update which was successful and it allowed my screen saver to begin working again although the power off the monitor setting still will not work. Yesterday, I downloaded the 24H2 ISO file & installed. Upon reboot, the screen saver was working again & then updates installed bricking the screen saver again. Any other way to correct this problem other than maybe spending $$$ for a different video card???

My only fix for all my 24H2 issues was to reinstall Windows and not update to 24H2. I'll keep ignoring it until the next big update and see how that goes.

I was finally able to correct the issue yesterday. Turns out my Razer MX corded mouse software was the culprit. I had to change to a logitech vertical due to arthritis issues & since this mouse is only available in wireless, I left the Razer installed as the DPI capability is 10x what the Logitech is. Something about the Razer software that did not agree with that latest WIndows update even though it had been updated to the latest drivers. I unplugged & shut off the mouse services & the problem is gone.
