Just wondering if anyone has installed the app updates for Shooting Modes and Call/Message settings to Windows 8. Curious as to what changes/additions have been made.

BTW, if you choose the rugged cover, when the phone is charging, you will not see the green/red charging LED. The case covers it.

In reviews posted, particularly CNET, the tests indicated muffled calls.

Generally 3 bars. I also noticed I rarely get LTE, just 3G.

I'm not experiencing any major issues. Sometimes if I swipe down to view some settings, it may take 2 swipes.

I agree with you regarding the button mapping. With an additional update, I wish the volume button could be programmed as a shutter button. Ah yes...to wish.

Not being well versed regarding photo resolutions, I'm confused. I know on the Icon, there are a host of choices; not so on the Ativ SE.

My mistake and thanks for pointing this out...I didn't know that the 8.1 upgrade was a "Developer's Preview." Features/glitches can certainly improve once the official release happens. Thanks!
