Definitely hard to diagnose. Run a secondary tool like Malwarebytes (or similar). If that doesn't work it will be a start up item. Check MSConfig.exe

Your recent update to Windows was forced to install different drivers because the internal hardware is deemed not compatible from Dell (more than likely). You'll have to go to Dell's homepage, select Support and search up your model. Likely you'll find a list of software drivers for the computer...

Details of the system helps. Remove any applications that are unused or not reliant on other applications. Clean up the system. If you use an app like CCleaner watch what you actually clean. If using an SSD, ignore things like Disk Defragmentation.

You should take note of the errors that come up. Each error has its own error code that can help direct to the right answer. That being said, I'd probably say HDD or something in the boot of the OS.

Never found the add-on you had mentioned. I have found an add-on called "Grammarly" though. The applicaton is specific for Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Surface Pro will come with Windows 10 Pro as it was listed on the Surface Specs page from Microsoft.

The hard part is Store Apps. Eventually the Store will grow, but it's still a long way off.

They are going to continue to work on it. But they aren't dropping from the cellular market anytime soon. The next release will probably come after Store growth occurs through Windows 10. Apps are what limit sales really.

You'll see more development. Microsoft has been pushing corporations into getting their involvement in the Windows 10 Store.

I can see Microsoft pushing the option. This would force people into using the Windows Store.
