my lumia 720 running win 10 build 10586 got bricked(shows the 'bitlocker recovery error') while doing a reset. So i was using the windows recovery tool 3.1.4 but while downloading the files it shows the error in attached image I have tried restarting the download but always results in the same...

how do i enable the dark theme for the system? i tried the registry fix for build 10074. doesn't work.

build 10130 is installed currently(fast ring) but i'm not receiving any updates for 10158 although i did get some security updates. any way to fix it?
