Error downloading software on windows recovery tool 3.1.4

my lumia 720 running win 10 build 10586 got bricked(shows the 'bitlocker recovery error') while doing a reset. So i was using the windows recovery tool 3.1.4 but while downloading the files it shows the error in attached imageView attachment 118140
I have tried restarting the download but always results in the same error.
Is there any way around this?? or any other way to recover the phone.?
