Great I guess that means I have to send it back and wait forever

I just got my band today. I am used to my g5aear fit and learning all of the features. When ever I get the band on and adjusted it it slides out to very loose where the heart rate monitor won't make contact to my skin. The strap slides all around and doesn't seam to lock. Anyone else have...
