    No guarantees. Follow the path below........... C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download Open Download folder and delete all the contents inside. (Don't delete the Download folder. Just the contents inside.) Try the update again.

    If you use IE11.......... Open IE11 > right click at the menu bar > check Status Bar > bottom right, click to increase the % . If you use Edge ............ Open Edge > top right, click the 3-dots icon > Zoom > click the + sign to increase the %.
