try the new update..maybe it will fix for you. Never had huge problems with battery life on my lumia 930. i just use it for pictures and call/sms.

Now it is 280MB.. It was 50MB. But i never use it. I just go into Facebook messenger directly or from edge on m.facebook.com Never from the stupid app. It looks so ugly. On Android/iOS looks way better.
