I want to know more about Cortana speaker abilities.. why is MS dropping the ball so hard?

I miss the interface, the live tiles, the settings. Omg the settings app on my S8+ is a nightmare. Seriously can't find anything, or I find it in 3 different places. 6 months later, its still asking me to set default apps for stuff. WTH I miss how email worked. Outlook on Android is garbage...

I think they fill different needs. I like having a tablet, and that isn't an option with the Surface Laptop.
