    yes i tried it, i forgot to add something.when i tried that way, it showed some text and number on display and it turned off, never came back. thank you for reply.

    Hello, my lumia 820 was dead suddenly few days agao.i sent it to the nokia care.they said it can't be fixed.i don't know what to do.if there is anyone please help me. i am new to this forum. thank you.
