Lumia 820 suddenly dead

Hello,
my lumia 820 was dead suddenly few days agao.i sent it to the nokia care.they said it can't be fixed.i don't know what to do.if there is anyone please help me.
i am new to this forum.

did you charge it up and tried the hard reset and the four button way?

yes i tried it, i forgot to add something.when i tried that way, it showed some text and number on display and it turned off, never came back.

did you try pressing volume up, down, power and camera buttons for 10 seconds? :/

buddy my advice to you is do a reset via nokia software recovery tool
