OK, issue solved..... I logged on to The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States) and accepted store's "terms of use" from there. But it's still a bit ridiculous as why must I use the web service to activate store and cannot accept TOU right from store directly?

I just sent my phone for servicing so all the data were erased and I was told I could EASILY restore my settings and app list later. So today, I got my phone back. Nokia care changed the battery for me (and it was almost 1 year old!) as well as the screen (my original screen had scratch on it)...
