Problem seems to be solved now. I did reset without restoring, on newer build also. Not sure when it happened, but the problem went away. Hope it will stay like that.

Yes...it might be a little more difficult to implement it probably considering that there are no apparent solutions up until now. Or maybe it is not a very requested feature....just think it would make allot more sense to be able to pin tiles in a location on desktop.
